Hey!

My name is Katharina, I am 23 years old and I am currently doing an internship at the Goethe-Institut (German culture and language institute) in Madrid, Spain.
I love meeting people from different countries because I think that it is always an enriching experience.
One of by biggest hobbies is music. I have sung in different choirs and play the piano, guitar, ukulele and am learning to play the cello. I also love learning languages, photography, being in nature and reading.
I'd say that I am an open-minded, friendly person, but also have a little introverted soul that sometimes needs some alone time ;)

I am not able to host anyone at the moment due to my living situation, but I am willing to show you around the city or give you some advice on what to do if I have enough time on my hands :-)

I think Couchsurfing is a great way to get in touch with locals. That way you can learn more about the country and see it through a local's eye. I also love meeting new people and exchanging thoughts and ideas :)

I can cook delicious vegan meals (at least I think so ;) ) and bake. I am also willing to teach you German, English or a little of the other languages I speak. Other than that, I am always willing to have deep conversations about life and other things ;)
