I am Katharina, 24 years old and from Germany. After I have finished High School, I've been traveling New Zealand for 8 months.
At the moment I am studying Leisure and Tourism Management. I am a very open minded and positive person who is always keen to meet new people from all over the world! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is always fun to hang out with local people because they can show you a lot more nice places than any travel guide could.
Furthermore I think it is super interesting to meet new people and learn about different cultures and lifestyles :)

Interests

In my spare time i really enjoy travelling! I love seeing new places, learning about new cultures and trying different types of food! :)
Cooking and of course eating is a great passion of mine! ;)
In summer I enjoye going rock climbing, hiking and camping. In winter I like to go skiing.
