I'm Katharina, 27, from Berlin, Germany, currently living in Sydney, Australia. I'm in OZ on a Working Holiday visa and just soooo loving my time here :). Basically I wanna make new international friends as I'm very interested in different countries, cultures and languages. I would say I'm a laid-back, happy person. I love to laugh and never say no to a good, long conversation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Basically to get to know new friends. There is not better way to explore a foreign city with someone who kind of knows that city by heart, right ;)?
Due to the fact that I'm currently not based in Germany I can't really offer a couch/ room myself, but I would be more than happy to do that once I'm back in Germany.

Interests

Exploring new countries/ cities/ places, going out for drinks, movies, reading, tennis... heaps of other stuff too :D.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to almost every kind of music, but mainly R'n'B I'd say.
For movies it has to be The Hunger Games, anything Disney & Pixar and yeah again heaps of other movies (way too many I reckon :D)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went swimming with dolphins in Miami (total childhood dream). And going to Australia in general of course.
