One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I overcame a pretty terrifying illness over the course of about 3 years by very consciously altering my diet and fitness. I definitely believe in modern medicine, but I think it should be a later resort after having tried all I can do to individually keep my body in pristine health through the input I provide it.
