I am just a curious female trying to see the world on a budget. For a long time I didn't travel so now I'm trying to make up for lost time! I love being around good people and good energy. I'm always looking to interact with new people that can teach me something. I can sometimes come off shy and I want to learn to change that.

Inquisitivity. Traveling on my budget but more than anything else, meeting people I would never have the opportunity to if I never tried. Attempting to learn how to open up with good people from all over the world.

Interests

I enjoy a good chuckle and I tend to smile a lot. Lately, I'm fascinated with cracking my own shell and being more free. I appreciate architecture and a good story about a piece of history. I am enchanted with urban exploring abandoned places, or like wikipedia's would like to put it "hidden components of the manmade environment" but nothing haunted because I scare easy. Museums, even those small house museums. Art. Urban Art. Painting. A causal photo from time to time. Art in any form. Drinking by some kind of body of water with loved ones, familiars and new friends. Finding a new bar or a cultural unique place to share a drink. Cider Mills, breweries that offer cider and distilleries. I gaze at the stars either in dark skies areas or Observatories. I love drag queens, drag kings and the LGBTQ communit. Parades, County Fairs, and Farmer Markets. Anything that has to do with genealogy or about DNA. I am the historian of my family. Traced the roots of my last name back to Berlin 1645. I pickle veggies sometimes and love to cook. New cuisines or gluten free stuff because I have celiac disease. Hiking is amazing too. And finally discovering new music. Live music that awakens the soul. Music that gets your own body moving. I guess anything that gets me moving.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At 26 years old I moved from NYC to Colombia, South America. I had to learn how to speak, read, write spanish all the while getting my degree in International Relations. I would navigate myself around a country that wasnt mine for 4 years. Most days were amazing but what they don't tell you on the brochure is that sometimes it can be lonely. Lol.
