I am a cheese-loving, easy-going ratbag who tries to smile a lot and say nice things about all the amazing and varied people, places and things that I encounter.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted people in various Melbourne share houses since I moved out of home, making so many new friends from across the world. I love showing people my home town and seeing what they are doing!
I have also started being the surfer, sleeping on couches in the USA and the UK so far. Excited to see more couches and meet more people!

兴趣

I spend my time trying to juggle far too many interests. I'm a writer, or trying to be, mixing up fiction and non fiction. I read voraciously and love being able to talk about books into the wee hours. If I'm not talking about books I'm talking about politics, mostly concerning climate justice, refugees or feminism. I am a volunteer for Melbourne based climate justice group Quit Coal which takes up a lot of my time. If I have any time left I love to sing and play music with friends and if possible drink wine, dance and eat ridiculous amounts of food at the same time.

Now that i am travelling, my main aim is to improve my Spanish, i love to speak it and learn it!

I like to think I am having amazing moments all the time. Especially when travelling, there are constantly moments where I get tingles down my spine and feel so happy and lucky.
