I'm originally from Texas and currently run a community radio station in Oakland. I have a background in performing arts, audio, and had a stint that lasted for a few years in math.

I love travelers! And being around new and different energy. I spent years living in co-ops and we hosted a lot of surfers. It was always a really positive experience.

I recently realized that most of my favorite music has horns in it! Buena Vista Social Club is often on repeat.

I consume a lot more radio than I do movies. Of This American Life, Fear of Sleep is my favorite episode. Radiolab, all the time. Radio Ambulante. Love + Radio. Fresh Air.
