One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know if jump from a bridge counts. But if I have to choose, what amazed me the most of what I have seen so far, I was living in China and thanks to a friend, we found this little tiny island near Shanghai, that has a monastery and a temple carve in rocks in front of the sea. Arriving to that temple, the view was amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
Before 2011, I was doubtful to travel alone, but I was living in the other side of the Ocean moving back home and couldn't waste that opportunity. I make a trip by myself from Hangzhou- China, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Manila, Beijing, Los Angeles, New York and finally to Ecuador. This was one of the best experiences I'd ever had... In some places I did met old friends, in others I make new friends, and finally I was alone. But, I had time for my own to enjoy. It is not that I dislike following a share schedule with others, but sometimes, the sensation of move around places you have never seen, makes you be more focus in the things you are really interested at... In my case, it was the people... I get surprise of a tuk yuk driver in Thailand speaking to me in english and spanish andThai, and helping me as a tourist guide. I was overwhelm from the similarity of the people of Manila with ecuadorians, feels like is a parallel city int he other side of the world. Also , metropolitan cities where you get easily lost, in the moment which you expected the less you find someone helping you with direction at the metro of New York. As Conclusion, enjoining the experience only depends on you, whether you share it or you live it by yourself... Dare yourself to get out of the confort zone.. and once again enjoy...
