I never stay in one place for long. Ask my mum: she has an address book full of cities and postcodes associated with my residence. Recently, as friends are settling down and family are making decisions about retirement, I want a more permanent base. I have found that in south Wales. For now. Still, I get itchy feet: to travel, to see the beautiful things I read and hear about in my job.

I have just come back from an epic trip, and currently want to see more of the world on my doorstep, so I am spending the next year tripping around Europe and the UK.

I am interested to learn and hear stories. I find the best hosts are those who know the best local food and adventures; and the best guests are willing to find out about such treats. Plus, I am clean and a pretty great cook.
