My name is Katharina, often called Katie, and I'm a 22 year old psychology student from Germany.
During school I spent a semester in Canada, I improved my English, met many cool people from different countries made new friends and so on. It was a really really good time.
Because I would love to live for a bit in Spain and study there, I took Spanish classes at the university, so my written Spanish sucks but I can understand almost everything.

In my free time I'm a scout leader with all my heart, I joined the scouts when I was 8 years old and by now I'm a leader since 6 years. My groups kids are awesome, at least most of the time.
As a scout, of cause I love camping, hiking, canoeing and just spending time outside.
Usually if my couch isn't too comfy I enjoy going for a run and play floorball, also called unihockey.

I love traveling and discovering new places,when I was walking the Camino de Santiago I met many cool people and enjoyed sharing stories and a bit of my way with them. Through Couchsurfing, I am looking forward to meeting many new people, and hopefully leaving them as friends. I hope to get to know people from places all over the world and their towns and how the people live there.

Harry Potter (best books ever!!), Percy Jackson, besides these series I read a lot, but there is nothing that could be compared to these series.

I really enjoy disney movies :) but recently I'm watching a lot of stuff on netflix..

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Visiting Bolivia and doing a project with the scout group in La Paz. There we went down the death road by bike, pretty cool and crazy experience. But I'm never doing that again :D
