We love people and can't afford to travel right now, so must live vicariously through others.

ABOUT ME

Hubz and I have been married for 30+ years and have 3 nearly grown children. Now we take care of his mom, who lives with us, and various pets. We are used to a fairly high level of chaos with all that! So, relaxing can be pretty boring, enjoying a night on the sofa watching television, but we are always up for a fun outing.
He teaches at Indiana University and also has a video production company; she works as an account manager and is also an occasional travel director for Music-Travel company, escorting marching bands and choirs to Disney, NYC, etc.

PHILOSOPHY

We live to serve God by helping others; goals always to be creative and to love our family.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We cook, we eat, we laugh, we take walks with the dogs, we visit with friends...all the usual stuff. Hubz produces videos for clients and I have various crafty hobbies that usually keep me entertained in between running here and there. We both love to converse with new people...and maybe we can even teach you something.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've had very little experience at this but our mid-20s son has had some great surfers at his apartment, so we decided to jump aboard the fun. And, since we're not traveling right now for various reasons, we can enjoy vicariously through others (like you?)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hubz was a news reporter for 15 years...he's seen a lot and met a lot. He's traveled more internationally than me, tho my son/his friend and my mom had a fabulous European vacation last year to Austria, Germany, Ljubljana, and Turkey.
