I'm 18 years old and I'm heading out on my first trip of Europe. I recently graduated High school, I was homeschooled for 6 years and for the last 3 (during Highschool) I did a mix of Public school and Homeschool. I have been wanting to see Europe for as long as I can remember. I've been planning this trip for almost a year now and I can't wait. I want to see as much as I can, meet new people, and generally have stories that I can tell for the rest of my life. I have a dog and a rabbit (there are two cats in the house too just not mine), and I'm great with kids.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing for the fact that I want to meet local people and some hostels are a bit on the expensive side, so for a student traveling on a budget couchsurfing it a great option.

Interests

I love animals, I want to become a Marine Mammal rehabilitator somewhere like the Vancouver Aquarium or Monterey Bay Aquarium. I love snowboarding and I used to play soccer.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music ranges from Contry to pop. I love Carrie Underwood and Lady Antebellum but I also love Selena Gomez. I love anything (pretty much, haven't found one I don't like yet) with Julie Andrews and I love Musicals (except Westside Story, I was very bored). My favourite Books would have to be The Infernal Devices, Percy Jackson and the Kane Cronicles, Divergent, Particals, and the Hunger Games. I'm currently reading the Outlander series by Diana Gabledon and loving it. I'm big into the fantasy, teen genres but if theres a bit of history thrown in (like Outlander) then I'm in heaven. I'm always looking for new books to read though, my to-read list is very long already but always wanting more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't done much yet but after this trip my one amazing thing will be traveling around Europe for 4 months solo
