I am a healthy, happy senior citizen with a passion for living life to the fullest and enjoy sharing that with other people. I live with my husband in a small town in central Wyoming. With my husband, we teach and coach people through our online courses on how to return to a healthier lifestyle than the Standard American Citizen has been living for the past 40 years or so, especially in regards to food choices. We share our home with two yellow lab-mix dogs and a 15 lb black cat. I have an adult son who I love dearly and try to visit several times a year.

I sometimes travel on my own and love the idea of having a comfortable place to stay when all I need to do is lay down my head for the night with the added benefit of meeting someone new and maybe getting to know the area from a local's perspective.

I love dancing and music of all kinds. I enjoy keeping fit by walking for exercise, resistance training and Hatha Yoga. I love motorcycle rides, swimming in the ocean, traveling, growing my own food, watching movies/documentaries, reading and learning new things. My favorite spectator sports are baseball, football, surfing and volleyball. I love fun surprises and winning a prize and Christmas...yes, I'm just a kid at heart.
