I moved to Sao Paulo in July 2019 and I’m now ready to return hosting favours!
Always trying to reduce my impact on the environment (except through flights for travels- can't quite give that up yet!) Got my reusable straw, my bike, my mooncup, my beeswax food wrap etc. Don't eat meat and very happy with vegan diet.
Love a swim in an outdoor pool/ the sea, and whatever live music I can lay my ears on.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Simply to make meaningful (if fleeting) connections with people from all over. (I’ve realised that sounds like I’m after hook-ups though, which isn’t the case!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year, I guess?! Giving up life in London and hitting the road? Getting a job in Brazil via a series of Skype interviews in the middle of the night (time difference!) with a broken phone and all manner of weather and animal distractions, and on three different seriously remote islands? A stressful experience but it all worked out in the end!

Teach, Learn, Share

The main thing I can teach is languages and I love to share my knowledge of Latin America. Very happy to chat in Spanish or Portuguese, say, and help anyone out wants to learn!
I am also full of recommendations for getting the most out of London, having spent 8 years living and working there.
Now that I’m resident in São Paulo, I am keen to share and explore this insane city with whoever feels like taking it on!
