My name is Kathrin and I'm from Germany. I have the chance to travel to New Orleans in February and maybe to Latin America in April for work experience. I studied Cultural Studies/Sociology in Bonn (former capital of Germany), a beautiful city located by the river Rhine. I'm curious to host some people at my place there when I' back. For now, I would be happy to meet people from New Orleans and maybe even join for going out on Mardi Gras.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to the couchsurfing community and really excited! I have never done it before, but I'm sure this is a great chance to meet and host good people!

I'll be traveling to New Orleans around Feb. 17th as my internship at the German department of Tulane University starts a week after. I really want to witness Mardi Gras...I'm happy to be arriving right around that time!
