Where shall I begin, where should I stop? :)

I love travelling, other cultures, metropolies, new experiences, photography, art, fashion, graphic design, music....and much much more.

I would describe myselfe as very spontanious, creative, open-minded, fun loving, ambitious, determined sometimes very clumsy and quite chaotic :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have never tried couchsurfing before. This will be my first experience and I am really really exited!! First I will be a surfer hopefully - afterwards I am thinking of providing my own couch. But right now it is quite difficult, because I still live at home with my parents.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Indie rock!
My favorite bands are for example Foo Fighters, The Kooks, The Hives, The White Stripes, The Wombats, Arctic Monkeys, Placebo, Nirvana, Cold Ward kids, Wolfmother,Kasabian, and many many more.

My favourite actors are Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter. They are different, in their films and in real life and this is really really fascinating. I respect people who are different - because mostly it is not easiest way beeing not like everybody else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2010 we did a road trip to the westcoast to the USA. This was amazing. Everything was so different in comparition to Austria. The landscape, the people, the conventions.

In 2011 we did a road trip to the eastcoast and this was as amazing and interesting as the trip we did one year before!

Teach, Learn, Share

This question is difficult! I am young and keen on learning.
I can share my experiences I have made. I can tell you interesting stories about my country, about my last jouneys. I am from Austria, not Australia. This is really interesting. Every time people ask me: "Hey where are you from?" And I answer with "I am from Austria". They are always replying with something like: "Ohh Australia, cool - the land of the kangaroos."
Austria, not Australia - we have no kangaroos - we shot them all ;).
If you know the film "the sound of music" - I'm sorry, but I have to disappoint you. We don't wear Lederhosen and Dirndl the whole day. And we deffenitely don't drink one liter of snaps every day :). Yeah but maybe this would be really funny. Maybe I will bring my dirndl with me to my next journey.

I can teach you for example how to cook typical austrian dishes like "Kaiserschmarn, Salzburger Nockerl, Palatschinken, Wiener Schnitzel" and much much more. I love cooking ;).
