Currently traveling through Argentina.

Having Half a year of from my job as project manager in a small event Company, which makes food events all over Denmark (this is not catering by the Way;); festivals, expos, workshops...

I love my job, but I also really love and enjoy traveling and indeed meet new People, and learn more about cultures, food, filosophies, places and what else you meet on the way, while traveling :)

Interests

Did you ever think about what a Many fascetted food, the egg is? You Can boil, fry, bake, porch, whisk it... Or seperate White from yolk and make even more, and Then it contains all nutrients apart from one single vitamin.

Well, not that I particilar favour egg over other foods, but i do indeed have a great interest for food in general; how it effects human, the society and of course also the delicious culinarity it brings to us all.
... and the four hour lection about egg was actually one of my favorite lections in my Education... I studied Home Economist by the Way :)

So when I'm not at work, trying to teach the danes to Make better choises concerning food, I spend my time rowing through the beautyfull channels of Copenhagen, riding a tour on my motorbike or see friends and family...
