I'm a Dane which is characterized with humor full of sarcasm and irony but also that I'm totally into "hygge" and pilsners like Carlsberg. I have finished a bachelor degree in architecture which I atm use to teach children building with Lego. I spend all my money on travelling and experiences as festivales, lectures and theater.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because it's a funnier way to meet and interact with new people. My time down here I've got a lot of local friends, and in my opinion it definetly makes the experience more interesting.
- and unfortunately, I'm leaving Aussie already in January so I prefer some local people who can tell me about do's and don'ts so I'm not wasting my precious time down here.

Interests

I'm very interested in architecture and generelly design. I'm curious about different cultures and like to hear stories that might change my way to contemplating the world.

I like sport, but definitely more for the social part than the exercise part. So I will always be up for a match in a teamsport as soccer, handball, beach volley or maybe just a ride on a bike.

I really like a ice cold beer in the sun listen to music (likely on a festival) in good company.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: my music taste is very different. I've gone to a lot of live concert with artists from Prodigy to Gavin Degraw, from Slipknot to Bon Iver, from the Cure to Oasis. If I'm on the dance floor my famous move is "fist pumping" and in that case I prefer that the DJ is playing Avicii.

Books: in the moment I'm not ready that many books rather then architecture, design or other books with a lot of inspiring pictures.

Movies: my favorite movie is "A Beautiful Mind", but generelly I more often watch series as: Friends, Lost, Orange is the New Black, Sex and the City, Judging Amy, Lie to Me, Beverly Hills 90210 - you name it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To see the nature undersea when I learned to dive in Honduras was pretty amazing. I recon that I will have same amazing experience in my time in Australia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anne-Sofie and I are often laughing and are grown up with a strong ironic humour which in my experience Australians think is really funny. We will rather take a risk then regret later, so we're always up for new adventures. We love to be around people, but can also enjoy our own company. Anne-Sofie is an amazing cooker and I like to entertain in the meanwhile, so we're a good catch in a kitchen ;-)
