CURRENT MISSION
Experiencing the extraordinary in the ordinary
ABOUT ME
My boyfriend, Mike, and I enjoy the finer things in life, and by finer things we mean cheap whiskey, uncordinated dance moves, a lack of sleep and excess of quality conversation.
I'm a vegetarian weirdo who feels most alive when I'm traveling and have a few cups of coffee or oolong tea in my belly, most stimulated by spontaneous new experiences, and most fulfilled meeting people to share them with. Mike is a lovable and talkative goofball who you will be frightened to discover somebody actually thought was responsible enough to put in charge as a pilot and sailor.
While Mike grew up in La Verne and knows california well, this will be my first time ever in california, let alone san francisco. We're looking for some kind-hearted souls to host us for two nights share some good laughs and good times. We love hearing other people's stories, and making some of our own. Mike makes a mean omelette for your hangover needs, and I make a mean argument for having another glass of wine C:

Interests
I like... glass jars and buttons, ukulele (still learning), sailing (also still learning), flying, dancing, late-night talks and early morning coffee and newspapers, exploring, hiking, kayaking, writing, reading, meeting new people, rollercoasters, splashing in sidewalk puddles, going out for drinks, people-watching on porches, outside work, volunteer work, decoupage, learning, creating, growing, winding staircases, narrow alleys, and can't forget, whiskey and wine C:

Music, Movies, and Books
Garden State, Dirty Dancing, Sixteen Candles, 500 Days of Summer, Pretty in Pink, Eternal Sunshine on the Spotless Mind, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes, Mumford and Sons, Florence and the Machine, Modest Mouse, The Doors, Freedom from the Known, and most writings of Jack Kerouac, Pablo Neruda, and Charles Bukowski, as well as all of the Calvin and Hobbes books :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiking around normandy was amazing! Best rides were getting picked up once by a school bus of soccer players and another time by a semi truck that took me straight to my destination in Honfleur. Nothing like a good hitchhike to keep your spontaneouity pumping, and your belief in the kindness of humanity throbbing C:
