My mission is to travel everywhere possible, learn as many languages as I can and meet amazing people along the way

ABOUT ME

I am on my second gap year after highschool and am trying to learn as much as I can before I start University. Experience is the way to learn and meeting people from all corners of the globe, will hopefully teach me more than I can imagine. I am a very creative individual I love all forms of art and culture and am hoping this journey will give me more inspiration to follow my dream of becoming a writer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am in Manchester and am awaiting to start my backpacking adventure, but to do so I need to find some accomodation first and have therefore joined The Couch Surfers project. I have heard very good things about this program and when I do get home I will encourage fellow travellers to visit me in Australia.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: There are so many I can't choose but an all time favourite tear jerker is La Vita e Bella

Music: I like most genres but the essentials to me are The Beatles ,The Rolling Stones, Jefferson Airplane,Led Zeppelin and Radiohead.

Books: I should read a lot more but my favourites are Wonderland Avenue by Danny Sugarman, The Beach by Alex Garland and Wonderful tonight by Pattie Boyd

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the poorest villages in so many countries, but have seen more smiles in those villages than in the rich cities. I remember spending Christmas in Colombia and the parties you want to be at are the ones in the poorest villages because those guys really know how to have a good time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know everything there is to know about pouring a perfect German beer and I am very handy when it comes to making cocktails,
I would love to learn every language humanly possible or at least a few phrases from each and I want to know as much as I can about all the cultures that I come across.

I can share my positivity and eagerness to always find a good time.
