Hi! We’re Kati (25) and Sebastian (24), a couple from Estonia starting our Working Holiday adventure — and Perth is our first stop in Australia!

One of the biggest reasons we’re on Couchsurfing is that we don’t want to just pass through places like tourists. We want to experience Perth through the people who live here, hear your stories, learn what life is really like in WA, and get local tips that no guidebook can offer.

We’re easygoing, clean, respectful and independent guests. We’re happy to hang out if you want company, but we’re also totally fine doing our own exploring and giving you your space.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We’ve heard beautiful things about Western Australia — the beaches, the sunsets, the wildlife, and the super friendly local vibe. We’re planning to explore Perth for a while, look for work (fruit picking, hospitality, farms, etc.), and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible.

We’d love to hear about the city from a local perspective: the best beaches, swimming spots, markets, hidden cafes, and how to adjust to life in Australia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We’ve done a working holiday previously in Canada and we had so much fun meeting new people and exploring culture. Most memorable is our roadtrip through the rockies in a sleeper van.
