I'm a 4th grade teacher from the United States, currently living in Quito, Ecuador and teaching at an international school! I love meeting new people, exploring new cities, being outside, and learning anything I can about new cultures and people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I am here, I would like to explore more of South America. I'm also taking a trip to Europe this summer, the summer of 2019. I have heard from friends who have done Couchsurfing that is is a great experience! I would love to meet new people and learn about culture from locals.

I love pretty much any kind of music from folk to rap. I really love the Black Keys, Morat, Ingrid Michaelson, Kendrick Lamar, Andy Mineo. I love singing and playing the drums. I love comedies and dramas. I read a lot of nonfiction travel books, books about faith, and good novels.
