Hi! My name is Katie and I recently moved from Boston to Kansas City. My boyfriend is attending KU Med while I work full-time at a local architecture firm. We both love to travel and have a bucket list that seems to always get longer, instead of shorter!

Aside from traveling, I enjoy hiking with my pup, swimming, and baking bread.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had my first Couchsurfing experience with a friend on a trip to England in 2017. Together, we made pizzas and swapped stories about our home countries and travels. While I was initially a bit nervous, it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably flying solo to Hong Kong to visit my boyfriend while he was studying abroad during college. A 24-hour flight each way, but it was beyond worth it!
