I'm a student currently studying political science and environmental science at university in Virginia, USA. I previously have spent time at university in Valencia and Dublin, so experiencing new places and cultures is very important to me! I love traveling, and often get restless if I spent too much time in one place. I consider myself to be easygoing and I appreciate a good sense of humor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love to experience places with the help of people who know it best! An easy and fun way to avoid tourist traps and get to know the real vibe and pulse of a city. I am always willing to try new things and CS is certainly a great opportunity to do so.

Interests

I enjoy cooking and baking, and by default trying new cuisine. One of my favorite things to do is go to live music shows - even if I do not know the artist I always think they are great fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

It is impossible for me to pin down my favorite music... my iPod is filled with all different kinds of musicians and genres and I am always open to listening to new songs or artists, but most recently I saw Tame Impala (and they were AWESOME) and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked a glacier in Iceland.. very beautiful, but VERY cold
