Hi, I'm Katie. Currently I am studying at Auckland University to become a marine biologist. I am really interested in sharks and as conservation is very important to me, I hope to focus my future around both of these aspects.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In 2013 I moved away from home for 7 months to join the national synchronised swimming team. We then travelled to Switzerland and Spain and represented New Zealand at the Fina World Championships. So that was pretty amazing, other than that I went shark diving once without a cage. A separate time I swum after a sea turtle at a reef and ended up free diving down to 20 metres.
Going on a two week road trip through California with my best friend.
