I am a a happy, friendly, adventurous 23 year old from a small village in the North East of England.
I have recently graduated from Lancaster University, UK with a BA Hons in Social Work in which I hope to follow in the coming couple of years! Social Work is a very broad career with many aspects however I hope to work with adults with differing physical and mental disabilities!
I am currently taking some time out to travel, explore, create many memories and meet exciting people along the way! I began in China, before spending a month island hopping around the Philippines and I am soon to be spending 8 weeks in the USA!

I am constantly trying new and exciting adventures, whether that be playing a sport, going to an event or traveling the world...and the main reason I do this is to meet people! I love sharing experiences with people :)
I also enjoying learning about other people's cultures, and their way of life. I dont enjoy following tourism traps as I feel you don't experience the true side of that country or city.
I feel that Couch Surfing is perfect, and will bring these 2 aspects together!

I have always wanted to travel the world from a young age, from my parents and older siblings so I am so grateful I am able to do what I am doing now!
Music is a big part of my life! I try to go to as many live gigs and festivals as I can and I am constantly trying to find new music to enjoy.
Along with music, I have a big passion for sport and activity! I love to stay active, and keep myself relatively fit. I have played football (soccer) from a very young age, competing at a high level before I began my university degree.
I have met the most incredible people through playing sports and trying new and exciting activities.

I enjoy a range of music genres and I am always keen to find new music. I listen to anything from acoustic to alternative, country and folk to indie! I try and go to live music events as much as possible, whether its a free gig at a local pub or a long weekend festival in Europe!

In my opinion you can't beat a good RomCom film at any time! Something that makes you smile and laugh, a real feel good film is great!
I also enjoy Drama and Action films too, anything that gets you hooked into the story and gets you thinking!

I am not a big reader unfortunately, however I have recently read 'Gone Girl' - such a great book!
