I am a second year nursing student at the University of Michigan. I spend a lot of time studying, but outside of that I work with special needs kids in my community, play on a club volleyball team, and conduct research through a lab in the department of pharmacology.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy traveling, but being on the budget of a college student often makes that difficult. I consider myself fairly adventurous and love meeting new people. Because I tend to travel by myself, Couchsurfing seems like a great way to meet people and experience all that they have to share.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have yet to do it, but I am super excited to be going to Uganda this upcoming summer to conduct research on the effect of HIV/AIDs, as well as other chronic diseases, on the adolescent population.
