Overview
About Me
Why I want to surf: I am interested in meeting new people and sharing experiences that will last a life-time. My husband and I are low-key people who like to read books (me: fiction/him: history) and talk about grammar (cheesy, I know!). When we think about "our dream vacation" it mostly centers around the idea of meeting new friends and talking about the world and people. I like learning about cultures and things that are different from my own; it gives me a broader perspective on life and the world.
What I do for a living: I am an English teacher in the US, and my husband is studying history; he would like to eventually be a professor.
