I love spending time in nature; hiking barefoot, swimming in streams, lakes and oceans, climbing trees, standing under waterfalls, foraging for wild food/medicine, laying in warm grass, mimicking bird songs, staring at the moon and stars, napping on fallen trees and yes, hugging the standing ones : )

I'm a big fan of: traveling, beautiful conversations, bonding with family, creating healthy food/drinks, plants, wilderness, music, writing, sustainable living, gardening, collecting stones from all over the world, reading, weaving dream catchers, making friends with animals, plants...and humans! : )

I extra enjoy learning about holistic wellness thru herbalism, food, yoga, personal lifestyle, and meditation.

Hiked the Redwood Forest & fjords of Norway barefoot.

Celebrated Midsommar in the mountains of Sweden; one of the most magical weekends of my life :)

Spent a week in Santorini while it was completely empty.

Survived a Brown Recluse spider bite to the back of the knee.

Honestly though, Vipassana Meditation courses are pretty amazing. I find them to be life altering in a most magical way. I'm intrigued in the inner journey just as much as my outer journeys :)
