I am a teacher living in Jinan and working at a high school. I love meeting new people and exploring new places I'm spontaneous and like trying new things--I'm a little hesitant with food though ;). I get bored easily and like to stay active.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I recently traveled to Beijing where a couch surfer met me and explored the Great Wall with me and my family. She spent the entire day with us, helped us get around, and then brought us to a fabulous hot pot place for dinner. The trip would not have been the same without her!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love chic flicks and deep, moving movies that make me think. The last good movie I saw was 50/50 (I love Joesph Gordon Levitt)

Music--I like a wide variety of music depending on my mood--I mostly listen to country music, popular music, and hip hop

Books--I love reading and have a wide variety of favorite books...Harry Potter, Hunger Games, 50 Shades, James Patterson, Dan Brown, Emily Giffen, The Help...currently on my self is 1984 and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

As a history person i like anything that can give me a greater insight on the times and perspectives
