I was born and grew up in Western Siberia. At the age of 15 I won a scholarship and got to study in the US for a year, which changed my perception of life and my destiny. Since then I've been very lucky to visit some places and explore our beautiful World. I just finished my 3rd year of Uni, I am studying Economics of energy in the most beautiful city of Russia - St Petersburg.

I could say I am a quite experienced traveler and I know that the most valuable experience obtained during trips is meeting people. The more I travel the more I am fascinated by all the amazing stories and backgrounds of diverse people I get to know while traveling. Traveling is my passion, but even bigger passion is opening Russia for foreigners and helping them discover its exceptional spirit. I haven't done couchsurfing myself, but I've had similar experiences abroad and hosted some of my friends.
