ABOUT ME

I am adventurous and excited about life! I just graduated college and am on the road to either join the Peace Corps or go straight to graduate school for whole foods nutrition (preferably both!).

I love learning about different cultures - the people, the food, the language. Meditation and yoga is important to me. I love being in nature and enjoying its beauty. And I really enjoy good food.

PHILOSOPHY

I try my hardest to be mindful at all times - appreciating the present moment and making sure not to miss any of life's miracles.

Interests

I find myself having more hobbies than I can keep up with - playing music, yoga, cooking, gardening, knitting, reading, writing. I love outdoor sports too (biking, snowboarding, hiking), but unfortunately there's not a whole lot when you're living amongst the cornfields of Iowa, so I do what I can :P
