ABOUT ME

I'm Kate. My profile name 'Katiepehaque' is a play on words, a mix up, between English and Maori, the indigenous language of my country New Zealand. In Maori 'ketepa haque' means 'hello friend'! I love New Zealand, and miss it a lot. Currently I'm living in London, teaching 8 year olds in Hampstead, which is an interesting endeavor. London is such a random place. It doesn't really belong to England anymore, feels like it belongs to the world. I've seen little bits of Europe, but hope to see more in the next year. Especially music festivals, I love music festivals.
