Everyone has their own definition of fun, or ways to enjoy life a little more. What's your fun? Take me along with your fun, I'm up for it. As long as I still come out alive and well the next day, with all my limbs please. I'm willing to try anything at least once or even twice.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't be mean, people have their reasons and secrets.

"Everyone for themselves." Well, I strive to be less of that. I want to do more good, and inspire, not to expect something in return. but because it reminds me of the finer things in life. But these thoughts/actions doesn't come easy.

Well, since I am very new to this couch surfing concept, I am currently a member to see, meet & greet people. Perhaps come summer, I will host. I've read some great profiles and am looking forward to meeting some great individuals.

Thoughtful books. How-to books--some makes me laugh, but I am always drawn to reading them. I would always take the time to read a personal essay. The Sun magazine anyone? You would find me near the non-fiction area browsing through cookbooks, self-help, or other interesting aspects on our social culture, societies, travel.

Music: I like everything from smooth jazz, to reggae, to hip hop, to r&b, acoustic, electronica, instrumental piano. I'm all across the table. And if you talk to me about why you like your taste in music, perhaps I can learn to appreciate it as well.

Movies: Any from the super thoughtful, intellectual to the comedy, chick-flicks. Documentaries.

Stories from the Moth podcast always helps me relax and crack up. Savage Love makes some poignant points in certain cases.

Hmm. I know some random facts, especially tips on food, health, and nutrition. I am after all a nursing student and my first bachelor's degree was in Food science and Human Nutrition. I have a passion for exploring the city, people, food and Latin dancing, but really try to do that on a budget.
