ABOUT ME

I am open to new ideas and experiences, down to try almost anything once. I believe that only boring people are bored. I love "wasting time" with all the right people. I'm a pretty laid back person, get along with pretty much everybody. I plan on going abroad to Chile starting the end of June. And after UCLA, I'm thinking about possibly doing the Peace Corps, then grad school to work as a speech therapist. Or that's the plan for now at least...

Interests

I'm a vegan and would love to learn to cook more amazing vegan food. I have a huge soft spot for animals. I'd also learn how to do more things with my hands, I like knitting and sewing, although I don't know how to do them well, I would absolutely adore you if you felt like teaching me the art of glass blowing. I love doing things outside, anything active. Interested in photography, art of all kinds.

Music, Movies, and Books

I adore Tom Robbins. The Time Traveler's Wife. The Dogs of Babel. I'm into a lot of different types of music..just depends on the day. Some of my favorites right now are Bon Iver, Madeline, and M. Ward. Movies..anything with Gael Garcia Bernal in it, borderline creepily obsessed, Milk, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovich, anything that makes you think and evaluate things and I love most foreign films, particularly those in spanish.
