Hey!!
I'm Katrin, a 23-year old girl from Ramsau/D, a beautiful town in the Alps of Austria.

I started travelling with 19 when I spent one amazing year in France. There I did a European Volontary Service in a small town in Normandy where I was working in a cultural organisation :) Since this experience I'm really into travelling and differnet cultures.
Before I decided to went abroad, I attented a Fashion School, where I learnt everything about sewing. I have also studied for a while and worked in the tourism trade.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to meet people and discouver their culture and spend a good time! I think that's what everbody is saying, but ist the truth haha ;)

But actually I think Couchsurfing is maybe the most genius plattform ever. It brings people together, opens up their mind, reduces prejudices..

兴趣

I like to go outside and explore nature while going on a hike or a little bike tour. I'm also interested in creative activities like painting, sewing or drawing.

音乐、电影和书籍

My favorite bands are Milky Chance, Chet Faker The Lumineers, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, The Kooks,.. etc. actually I'm listening to a lot of different styles of music, its hard to say. I also like some german and austrian artist at the moment.
I like to read books, but dont ask me wich one my favourite is ;) Last year for example I managed to read all Harry Potter books and The Reader, which I both really enjoyed and they are quite different.

Solo-backpacking in France, Portugal, Belgium, Norway and more to come
Getting up very early to climb up a mountain in Austria to see the sunrise

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

As I attended a fashion school, I can share my sewing-skills with you!
I can also teach you some German or English! (and as my French is getting better, even some French now)
Or show you some gooood Austrian food!
Or we can just have a good conversation and share our passions.
