Hello everyone (travelers and hosts).

I am from Austria and grew up in a small but beautiful village (surrounded by lakes and mountains in front of my door) called Steinbach am Attersee :-) . I spent time in Russia and Italy during my studies, which was a great experience. Fortunately, I didn't have enough from visiting other countries and get to know different cultures and people from all over the world. That is why I decided to look for an internship abroad and landed in the Netherlands. At the beginning, I wasn't sure if I will ever like it due to the terrible weather here. However, the Netherlands has more to offer than just rainy days. So I am gonna actually considering to stay longer here, after my internship.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because I am always curious to meet people from different countries and a different cultural background. For the first time, I am gonna travel completely alone for a longer time. However, I would like to get to know people from the country where I am traveling. Moreover, it would help me to get to know some insights about the way of living, tips to explore the surrounding and maybe also new friendships abroad. :)

Music: Almost everything. For studying or concentration I really like Classical or film music; For chilling I like Jazz and for getting motivated I listen to Zumba.

Visting my family in Austria for Christmas without telling them that I will - quite a surprise when ringing the bell at 12 midnight 😀
