No matter what it is, when faced with a choice between doing and not doing, I will always choose to DO, because doing could be awesomely life-changing or it could be horrible to the point of learning something about myself, but not doing will always just be mediocre. I'm always in search of the best story.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm pretty new to trying Couchsurfing, so far I participate just by socializing with visitors to Tirana since I can't host in my current apartment, but I look forward to visiting people during my travels in April and May.

Música, películas y libros

Comedy. I love comedy movies, tv shows, books, hell even a parody song now and then. My all-time go-to feel-good movie is Better Off Dead, followed closely by Apocalypse Now, because who says a war movie can't also be a little funny but still poignant.

So hard to choose just one thing of all the amazing opportunities I’ve lucked into! Diving the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and old WW2 shipwrecks in the Mediterranean, standing on the edge of Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, attending the Incwala harvest festival in Swaziland, celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Dublin and Mardi Gras in New Orleans, partying in Ibiza, stomping grapes at an Albanian wine festival, having Thanksgiving dinner with the president of Albania… Every day seems to be a new adventure.
