ABOUT ME

I am a born and bred Capetonian and I passionate about my city and country, but would love to see more of the world. After spending last year working and travelling around Europe, I am currently doing a BSc, majoring in who-knows-what. I am still looking for a little direction and inspiration in all its forms !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I discovered Couchsurfing on my gap year last year and it was an absolute lifesaver in so many cases (many thanks to those wonderful people!) At the moment, I am unable to host but always willing to show people around or meet up for a chat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing has the ability to make you feel at home and connected even in the most foreign of places.

Interests

I am interested, first and foremost, in people. This is the greatest aspect of travelling - the people one is exposed to. I enjoy cooking and eating, reading. I enjoy enjoying my beautiful city - the mountain, the beach. What more could one ask for?

Music: I enjoy hip hop, reggae, and other music that is good to dance to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Woodstock Poland was an incredible experience! I went alone without a tent but it turned out to be great because I met the most fantastic people, heard wonderful music and it really emphasized for me how incredible people are.
