Hello! My name is Katrine and I just joined couch surfing because I want to meet new people and explore new cultures. I have always been curious about the world and travelled a lot, and now I am getting my last trip in before I start university. I hope to meet a lot of new people, and have fun together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to learn about other cultures and meet a lot of locals, and I believe couchsurfing is both perfect for meet new interesting people and getting a good peak into what it is like to live in that specific country

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a soft spot for disney movies and musicals, however I generally love to consume content where I can learn something. My favorite movie is pride and prejudice, my favorite book is Norwegian Wood by Hakuri Murakami and though I am more of a podcast listener I enjoy listening to artists like Aurora or Tom Odell

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I travelled alone for 6 months and learned how to sail a sailboat, learned how to dive, hiked to the top of a volcano and met a lot of amazing people. One amazing thing on this trip was snorkeling amongst 20 reef sharks.
