ABOUT ME

My boyfriend and I are very optimistic and open people. We love to meet different people, which we have in the last few years in London and on our travels. Those people have told us about the fantastic countries they are from and have nurtured the urge in me and Stefan to travel and see these amazing places. Which we have done in 2010 and we can't wait to go again! :)

I'm a graphic designer and my boyfriend Stefan is an architect.

Our personal philosophy is that only experiences, memories and living visions can make you happy, not money or possessions.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As promised before travelling, we are now ready to host people ourselves and give back some of the CS feeling we were able to experience in Australia.

CS brings together the people of the world in a very simple and personal way. By giving a bed to someone and eat together you are bringing the world into your own flat, you can hear stories and share visions. It enriches the lives of hosts and surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We got the chance to couchsurf with Nathan in Adelaide, with Tania in Melbourne and with Lauren and Andy in Sydney.

In Graz we hosted Melly from Vietman, who lives in London.

I (Katrin) love "feel good movies". Stefan enjoys the odd adventure and action movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived and worked in London for 4.5 years. We don't know if it counts for "an amazing thing", but it gave us so much.
But even more amazing was to travel a couple of months through South-East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji in 2010. We had the best time of our life!
