ABOUT ME

I grew up with a military family and had the luck of moving around a fair bit which I guess is why it came as no surprise that when I finished University it was time to pick up and travel so that is what I am doing. Although I grew up primarily in Alberta, Canada I do consider Vancouver, British Columbia to be home since that is where my grandparents are and where I feel most at home. So anyways, after graduation I flipped a coin and headed up going to Europe where I stayed for 2 years. I tried going home and realized that I have been bitten hard by the travel bug so now I am out on another adventure, exploring my home country of Canada before hopefully heading to Australia and New Zealand in the next couple of years.

PHILOSOPHY

I do try to live by the quote of Mark Twain “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Moved overseas
- Rome left me breathless, one of my favorite cities that I am definitely wanting to go back to.
- Took the train from Vancouver to Edmonton, and enjoyed the comforts of my own private cabin. Definitely a Canadian must do
