Married couple here, no kids. My husband Chase and I live in Utah currently, though I'm from north Texas and he grew up between Texas and Japan. He's a software developer and lived in Argentina for two years. I work as a professional genealogist for a Salt Lake City-based firm helping people research their ancestors. My job is mostly remote, though, so I'm home 90% of the time, working from my office.

We're pretty chill/introverted people and may come across as a little shy or reserved at first. I love good food, conversation, and getting to know all kinds of people. We don't travel as much as we'd like to, since we're only just recently finally expanding our college-kid budgets, but look forward to many more excuses to get away.

We don't drink or smoke, but are otherwise up for a good time! We like movies, music, sporting events (football, hockey, and soccer in particular) animals, and sightseeing and while we're a bit more indoorsy than out, we're are always up for a chill hike, cookout, or snowboarding. Otherwise, my dream evening is spent eating good food and talking with friends for hours.

MUSIC: the Killers/Brandon Flowers, Lake Street Dive, Marc Broussard, Brandi Carlile, Garth Brooks, Jesse & Joy, Rascal Flatts, Reik, Elise Testone, needtobreathe, Cam, St. Paul & the Broken Bones, Brad Paisley, and Josh Groban are a few of my favorites. Chase overlaps with me a lot in musical taste, but also enjoys the Postal Service/Death Cab, Coldplay, Weezer, and Maná. I'm also a huge fan of jazz and classical.

BOOKS: I read a lot of history, biography, political, historical fiction, and religious themed stuff. Chase is more into the sci-fi and Brandon Sanderson-esque fantasy.
