ABOUT ME

I'm 23 years old and graduated from university last summer with a BA in Politics and American Studies. I've spent most of the last year in Sicily as an au pair, learning Italian and enjoying the experience of living abroad for the first time. Now this experience is nearly over, I'd like to do some travelling before I head back to England to start saving up for a masters degree. I love exploring new places, learning new languages and writing about my experiences. I'm passionate about food and I like to dabble in politics

PHILOSOPHY

I have 2 ideologies which help me to make my way through life
Firstly, if you want to do something then you should do it. Don't waste time and put things off by thinking of reasons not do something; work out what you want to do and how to get there, and just do it!
Secondly, if you are offered help then you should take it. And when you see someone else in need of help you should give it. That way we all help each other to get by and life is a little bit easier

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm looking to surf, as I love the idea of building up a network of friends from all around the world and I'm desperate to see as many new places as I can in the time I have. Once I'm back in England and settled then I'd like to put the shoe on the other foot and have a go at hosting. I'm hoping to move to Brighton, which is a really lively and vibrant city and I hope that I can share its charms with some of you.
