Update: I had to leave Russia at the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine and am now pursuing a Master's degree in the United States.

I am in love with people and spaces, which has made me not only a couch surfer but also an urban researcher. I work at the intersection of social sciences, arts, architecture, informal learning, and activism. If you are ever in my city, I can give you a tour of everything that is DIY, grassroots, and temporary. I am proud that I have made engaging with strangers in unexpected places a part of my job.

My best experiences in life have been when I walked for a very long time: once, I walked across the entire state of Mississippi, and recently, I covered 180 km on foot through the Russian tundra (one can never have enough moss!). Other things that are important to me are coffee, books, and change.
