HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Together with friends (close and extended) we host a number of heart warming events at our place. Once such night was when we had Nacko and Medicine for the people (a Hawaii based band) to our place for a gig. It turned out to be one of our best night with delicious food, heart opening people and music that you never forget.

I'm a Serial Networker and I enjoy seeing inspiring people coming together in a constantly growing community.

Four essential elements interconnect my life – mental health, physical health, nutrition and creativity. I love exploring movement patterns and finding new ways of using my body. I am equally passionate about natural nutrients and along with my companions in the health food industry; we are pioneering the raw health movement here in Sydney. I love playing music. I have learnt that an element of fun is essential in catalyzing the learning process and ultimately reinforces the passion for goals set in life.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I have done Capoeira for a decade. Yoga for 5 years and I love to explore movement. I have started to learn guitar and find it a wonderful channel to pour my passion. I always get excited about playing and exploring.
