Not one but everyday. Living.
But still the most favourite was my first 10days of Vipassana Meditation.
Where we go on 10 days of Silence. It was a mind n matter anatomy n an experiment of the concept "Know Thyself"
My first course was a once in a life time experience.

I can teach some South Indian recipes, my mother tongue Tamil n probably some management ideas to run a successful business venture.
I love to learn different cultures n evolution of human n humanity. What I can share is my adventure of life experiences.
