ABOUT ME

Estimado visitante, te doy la bienvenida seas excursionista, turista, viajero o peregrino. Mi nombre es Juan, y creo que el viaje mas trascendental es el que realizamos hacia nosotros mismos. Sin embargo, toda aventura fuera de nuestro entorno cotidiano puede ser útil para expandir nuestro autoconocimiento. Creo muy poco en el poder del intelecto y mucho en la fuerza de la experiencia directa. Antes de viajar procuro no crearme expectativas. También intento que mis prejuicios no formen parte del equipaje, aunque no siempre lo consiga. No soy coleccionista de viajes, no recuerdo el nombre de muchos de los sitios en los que he estado, no busco alimentar mi ego. Soy muy curioso y flexible, por tanto, no importa si tus aficiones son raras: seguro que van a interesarme. Me gusta caminar, mirar y escuchar.

Dear visitor, I welcome you as an excursionist, tourist, traveler or pilgrim. My name is Juan and I believe that the most transcendental journey of our life is what we do towards ourselves. However, any adventure out of our daily environment can be useful to expand our self-knowledge. I believe very little in power of the intellect and much in the strength of direct experience. Before traveling, I try not creating expectations. I try also that my prejudices are not part of my luggage, although I don’t always get it. I am not a collector of places, I do not remember the name of many of the places I have been, I do not seek to feed my ego. I am very curious and flexible; therefore, it does not matter if your hobbies are rare: surely, they are going to interest me. I like to walk, watch and listen.

He conocido a personas gracias a couchsurfing en España, Perú, Italia... y siempre fue una experiencia valiosa y amena. No me ha tocado ningún 'rarito' DE MOMENTO.
