Hi! My name is Kayla. I'm a student at the University of California, Davis and currently in Washington D.C. interning and finishing up my degrees. I'm an art studio and sociology major and also have a handful of associates degrees as well.

I've been in school a long time, so I'm really looking forward to taking a break so I can travel and then eventually get a job, hopefully involving art. I'm more of an introverted/reserved person who likes art and making sculpture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I am in D.C. and never been to the east coast before, I was hoping to check out New York, Philadelphia, and Baltimore before I have to return to California.

I'm also really looking forward to traveling now that I'm almost finished with school, and I would like to travel to other places after I return home.

Also, I want to Couchsurf because I want to meet new people that are also interested in traveling.
