Overview
About Me
I'm a student studying architecture at the University of Michigan in the USA.
With both US and Japanese heritage, I am always open to learn more about different cultures!
Maintaining a balanced, global perspective is really important to me. I hope to experience different cultures, hear peoples' stories, and share memories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking for long-term stays for a summer architecture internship I will be doing.
I hope to find a safe, comfortable place to stay with basic amenities (laundry, kitchen, and internet) while I am working at the architecture office.

Teach, Learn, Share
I am down to have both English and Japanese conversation with my host. I have fluency in both languages!
I'm hoping to learn more about what it means to be a global citizen.
I also love to talk about design, architecture, science, and music.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As a student who is currently attending University in the United States, I can share my knowledge of English or Japanese with any of my hosts.
Direct conversation with fluent speakers is an invaluable way to learn a new language or culture!
